What happens during the initial technical assessment?

Our technical assessment is a thorough review of your existing systems, workflows, and business processes. We identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and high-impact opportunities for AI and automation. The assessment typically takes one to two weeks and results in a detailed roadmap with prioritized recommendations, estimated timelines, and projected return on investment. There is no obligation to proceed after the assessment, and many clients find the insights valuable on their own.

How long does a typical project take?

Project timelines vary depending on scope and complexity. A focused workflow automation or chatbot deployment can be completed in four to six weeks. Larger engagements such as custom SaaS development or enterprise-wide AI integration typically span three to six months. We use agile methodology with two-week sprints, so you see progress and can provide feedback continuously throughout the engagement.
